3yo filly Luxford stepped up in trip tonight in a 1m 2f handicap at Chelmsford. She raced midfield under Pat Dobbs and made progress to challenge going into the final furlong. Luxford got her head in front near the line under a well timed ride by Pat to win well for owners Stuart Mair, Wendy Bush and Steve Summers. Congratulations on another win with Luxford.
Later in the card Banta Bay raced over 6f. He raced towards the rear before making progress 2f out. He kept on well, making headway on the outside 1f out under Josephine Gordon to take third place for owners Graham Jones, Penny Fuller and Walter and Geraldine Paine.

Malt Teaser travelled midfield in a 1m 4f handiap at Kempton tonight. He made progress 2f out travelling sweetly under Robert Havlin before running into traffic problems and being hampered badly. He finally saw some daylight, quickened nicely going into the final furlong to take second place for owners Mark Curtis. Congratulations from all the team.

Too Many Shots jumped well to race on the inner in a 1m 4f handicap at Kempton tonight. Joey Haynes had him settled in fifth before making progressing down the home straight. He put in a strong challenge in the final furlong to take second place for owners Paul and Diane Beckett who were there to welcome him home. Congratulations from all the team, surely it won't be long before this consistent horse gets his head in front!
